A Lifetime of Learning and Earning - Vocational Rehabilitation Services FAQ

This free transition guide for parents of deaf and hard of hearing students was compiled by the Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center to make it easier for parents, school and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counselors to team up to prepare high schoolers for life beyond the classroom. 

This guide is an excellent resource. It answers the most common questions presented to VR counselors. In addition, parents can get an idea what VR services are available for their child, information on career planning, and what kind of financial support is available.
